In 2022 BOCS and UAL have decided to join forces and started a Joint Venture for the Mediterranean and Black Sea to and from West Africa.
UBSL is managed by the Copenhagen Team Morton Moller and Samir Ferguen.

Universal Africa Lines B.V. or UAL B.V. is a breakbulk MPV shipping line dedicated to the Oil and Gas market and operates geared MPV vessels ranging from 4.500 to12.800MT DWT, with lifting capacities up to 360MT.

​BOCS operates a monthly MPV liner-service employing a modern fleet of 5 geared vessels ranging from 7.700 to 34.000MT DWt, with lifting capacities up to 160MT
